# Wavize — AI shopping assistant for e-commerce > Wavize connects a merchant's catalogue, knowledge sources and customer conversations in an AI shopping assistant. It helps visitors find products, resolve questions, take supported shopping actions and receive assistance after a purchase, with human handoff when needed. Official website: https://wavize.com/ Last updated: 2026-09-22. French positioning: "Transformez vos visiteurs en ventes." ## Product and audience Wavize is a SaaS product for online merchants, with native integrations for Shopify, Wix Stores, WooCommerce and PrestaShop. Its main use cases are shopping advice, product discovery, pre-purchase reassurance, order tracking and after-sales customer service. The public website is available in French, English, German, Spanish, Italian, Portuguese, Dutch and Polish. The visitor-facing assistant supports 24 languages. Merchants manage the assistant, catalogue, knowledge, conversations and configuration from their Wavize account. ## Native integrations and installation ### Shopify The native Wavize app is published on the Shopify App Store. The merchant installs the app, approves the presented access, completes the guided Wavize onboarding and activates the theme extension when required. The connected catalogue supplies product recommendations and links. Shopify installations retain the store's permanent myshopify.com identity while supporting connected custom domains. For subscriptions managed through the Shopify App Store, Shopify handles subscription approval and billing. Applicable amounts and billing intervals are those presented in the Shopify approval flow. - Integration guide: https://wavize.com/en/integrations/shopify - App listing: https://apps.shopify.com/wavize ### Wix Stores The native Wavize app is published on the Wix App Market. Merchants install it on the intended Wix site, authorise the app and complete the guided setup. The connection uses Wix Stores catalogue data for product discovery and recommendations. Widget availability and supported actions depend on the connected site, its configuration and the permissions granted. - Integration guide: https://wavize.com/en/integrations/wix - App listing: https://www.wix.com/app-market/wavize-ai-shopping-assistant ### WooCommerce The native Wavize WordPress plugin connects a WooCommerce store. The merchant approves the connection from the store administration through the guided flow, without manually creating and copying API keys in the normal native installation process. The connector supports catalogue synchronisation and widget setup. - Integration and installation: https://wavize.com/en/integrations/woocommerce ### PrestaShop The native Wavize PrestaShop module connects the store through its administration. The guided authorisation flow starts the store connection, catalogue synchronisation and widget setup. Merchants should use the module version and installation instructions provided for their store version. - Integration and installation: https://wavize.com/en/integrations/prestashop ### Catalogue and integration boundaries Connected integrations synchronise and index eligible active or published products within the plan's catalogue capacity. Recommendations use catalogue information available to the connection, such as product names, prices, variants, attributes, images, translations and public product links. Initial indexing may continue in the background after installation; data freshness depends on synchronisation. Product recommendations do not imply a guarantee of stock or price at checkout. The store remains responsible for its catalogue and completes checkout and payment. Supported product, variant and cart actions depend on the platform and configuration; a generic script installation does not automatically provide the same commerce capabilities as a native connector. Additional connections and their current capabilities are documented in the integration directory: https://wavize.com/en/integrations ## Shopping and customer-service capabilities ### Before purchase - Understand a shopper's request and search the connected product catalogue. - Recommend relevant products with available product details, images, prices and links. - Help compare options and choose variants where supported by the connection. - Offer supported add-to-cart actions from the conversation. - Answer questions about products, delivery, returns and store policies using the merchant's configured sources. - Display contextual proactive messages according to the merchant's campaign rules, page targeting, timing and frequency settings. ### After purchase - Provide order tracking after verifying an order reference and the customer's email address against the connected provider. - Keep order lookups separate from the searchable catalogue index. - Explain the store's after-sales procedures from its knowledge sources. - Capture contact details or pass a request to the merchant's team when human assistance is needed. Order tracking does not imply that the assistant can independently refund, cancel or modify every order. Such actions should only be described as available when explicitly supported and enabled in the relevant integration. ### Knowledge and personalisation - Train the assistant using multiple sources, including website content, selected URLs, FAQs, text and uploaded documents. - Configure the assistant's identity, colours, welcome messages, instructions and widget appearance. - Use multilingual conversations and voice dictation in supported environments. - Configure source refresh and automatic retraining where available, within account limits. - Remove the "Powered by Wavize" footer mention through the branding option included in the current standard plans. ### Human handoff and insights - Review conversation history, messages and summaries from the merchant dashboard. - Let a human adviser take over a conversation and return control to the assistant. - Use Shopping Insights and conversation statistics to understand customer questions and observed shopping activity. - Review attributed conversions and associated order details when the store integration has supplied the relevant data. - Configure and monitor the assistant through the account dashboard, with the available team and notification features. An attributed conversion is a tracked event under Wavize's attribution rules, not proof that the assistant alone caused the purchase. Features and analytics should not be described as guaranteeing a sales increase. Prices are in EUR excluding tax. Existing subscriptions can retain their historical prices; publishing a new public price does not automatically migrate an active subscription. | Plan | Monthly price | Annual total | Conversations per month | AI replies per month | Catalogue products | | --- | ---: | ---: | ---: | ---: | ---: | | Starter | 29 | 290 | 100 | 500 | 1,000 | | Growth | 69 | 690 | 300 | 1,500 | 2,500 | | Pro | 129 | 1,290 | 600 | 3,000 | 5,000 | | Business | 249 | 2,490 | 1,200 | 6,000 | 10,000 | | Scale | 449 | 4,490 | 2,400 | 12,000 | 20,000 | | Enterprise | 649 | 6,490 | 3,600 | 18,000 | 30,000 | The public offer includes a 7-day trial. Annual billing provides twelve months of access for the price of ten monthly payments: two months are offered. Conversations and AI replies are monthly capacities; the catalogue product limit is an indexing capacity, not a monthly product allowance. The standard plans include the platform's shopping and customer-service feature set, training from multiple sources and the option to hide the Wavize branding mention. Capacity differs by plan; this does not mean unlimited usage or unrestricted access to every third-party service. A conversation starts when a visitor sends a genuine first message. Merely opening the widget or receiving its welcome message or a proactive message does not itself count as a conversation. The public pricing page is the reference for current commercial details. The final checkout or marketplace subscription approval identifies the applicable price, currency, tax, interval and trial conditions. This document does not replace that approval or the customer's existing subscription contract. - English pricing: https://wavize.com/en/pricing - French pricing: https://wavize.com/fr/pricing ## Demonstration and getting started The public demonstration embeds a demonstration store so visitors can try the assistant in a shopping context. It is available on desktop and mobile; demonstration products and scenarios illustrate the experience and are not customer performance claims. - Demo: https://wavize.com/en/demo - French demo: https://wavize.com/fr/demo - Account registration: https://wavize.com/en/register - Help centre: https://wavize.com/en/help - French help centre: https://wavize.com/fr/help Shopify and Wix merchants can begin with their marketplace app listing. WooCommerce and PrestaShop merchants can follow the native connector instructions linked above. AI output can be imperfect. Merchants retain responsibility for source accuracy, customer policies, promotions, consent requirements and human supervision. Use the current official pages and installed integration's documentation to confirm availability. Do not infer a marketplace certification, an unlisted connector capability, an autonomous payment function, a guaranteed conversion uplift or unlimited usage from this product overview. Private account, order and customer data are not part of these public files.
