Does Wavize work on any type of website?

Yes. Wavize installs on any website (WordPress, PrestaShop, Shopify, Laravel, custom PHP/HTML, etc.) using a simple script or dedicated plugins. You can add the chat widget in just a few minutes, without redesigning your website.

Does the chatbot reply in multiple languages?

Yes. Wavize automatically detects the visitor’s language and can reply in English, French, Spanish, Portuguese, German, Italian and more than 40 languages. The AI adapts tone and vocabulary depending on the context.

Does Wavize learn from my website and documentation?

Yes. During setup, Wavize analyses your pages, FAQs and content to build a knowledge base. You can edit or expand it at any time.

How does the credit system work?

Credits can be used for:

Each action consumes only a few cents. Your balance is visible in real time.

Included credits, top-up & rollover

The amount included depends on your plan:

You can:
