A conversation is counted only when a visitor sends their first real message. Opening the widget, the welcome message and proactive campaigns never create a billed conversation.
Only assistant replies that are actually delivered are counted. Welcome messages, human replies and failed generations do not consume this allowance.
Wavize keeps a searchable read-only index of the connected store, up to the product allowance of your plan. Synchronization is automatic and never changes products in your CMS. Enterprise includes 250,000 products by default and can receive an account-specific allowance.
