Understand plans, quotas and limits
Choose a plan suited to your traffic and anticipate what happens near a limit.
Updated 7 August 2026Two main counters and several conditional features
The Subscription page shows the active catalogue, billing cycle, Stripe-synchronized status and usage. Values displayed in your account take precedence over an old price, screenshot or external article because plans may change.
Wavize distinguishes a real conversation from a delivered AI reply. This separation measures engaged visitors and consumed generation volume without inflating figures with empty sessions.
Contractual reference
Before any change, read the payment summary, monthly or yearly cycle and capacities displayed at confirmation time.
Read usage correctly
The counters answer different questions and must not be added together.
Real conversation
A session is counted only when it contains at least one visitor message. Opening and closing the widget without writing therefore does not create a meaningful conversation.
Delivered AI reply
The counter tracks assistant-reply reservations actually consumed. One conversation can contain several replies and use more of this quota.
Counter period
Review the start and end dates shown for each usage. Do not compare a custom chart range with a quota using a different billing period.
Compare plans beyond volume
Numeric limits are only part of a plan. Some options are also controlled by plan features.
Sources and crawl
Check maximum file size, resource count, website crawl and monthly URL allowance. Product pages imported through an ecommerce API are not necessarily counted as crawled public pages.
Team and human handoff
Active seats may be limited. Zero means the option is not included; a missing value may represent unlimited capacity depending on configuration.
Advanced customization
Hiding Wavize branding, additional instructions, a custom AI key or image embeddings may depend on the plan.
Understand trial, change and cancellation
Displayed status is synchronized with Stripe when the subscription uses Stripe. A cancellation request may therefore preserve access until the end of the period.
One trial per user
Eligibility considers history even after a previous trial ends. Actual availability is shown when choosing a plan.
Cancellation pending
“Cancellation pending” generally means Stripe recorded an end at renewal. Check the end date and use the billing portal when offered.
Widget and inactive subscription
When access is no longer active or plan checks fail, the public widget may be hidden. It returns after payment validation and status synchronization.
Choose with realistic headroom
Estimate a normal month and a peak month, then monitor both counters instead of waiting for a block.
- Engaged traffic — Estimate visitors who will actually write, not every page view.
- Average depth — Multiply conversations by the expected average number of replies.
- Seasonal peak — Include campaigns, sales, launches or busy support periods.
