Active products, prices, categories, combinations, public pages and available translations are synchronised and indexed.

The assistant searches the synchronised index and displays only products and links supplied by the store.

Tracking remains separate from the index: the reference and email submitted through the form are used to query the matching order in PrestaShop.

The initial synchronisation can then continue in the background depending on catalogue size.

01Download and install the Wavize module from the PrestaShop module manager.
02Open its configuration and select “Connect Wavize”.
03Sign in to Wavize and approve the connection and read-only permissions shown.
04The widget and first index start automatically. Follow progress and review a few synchronised products.

Visitors stay in a fluid conversation while results come from verifiable PrestaShop data.
